Deck the Halls (and cry)

The holidays are not necessarily easy. I vividly remember decorating for what I knew would be my mother's last Christmas 10 years ago. Ever since that year the holidays have been a significant struggle. What helps me most is knowing that I am not alone in grieving during the holidays, and I hope this newsletter reminds you of that too. It's ok to feel however you feel, no matter what the commercials and greeting cards say.
